Lenox had outgrown its Avaya IP Office solution and was confronted with an upgrade of both service and equipment.
Design and implement a fiber-based VoIP network solution, integrated with Lenox's custom loan management application, that would allow the company to maximize service availability and features while containing capital expenditure and monthly telecommunications expense. Shelton | Johns designed a VoIP network solution that could support the company's 250 employees spread across three facilities. This design also allowed the company to locate its core VoIP equipment in a 100% uptime data center while supplying QoS VoIP dial tone to the users of each facility. Calls were routed by logic supplied from the company's custom application platforms and critical queue and call data was aggregated in these applications for later analysis.
